Vendor Email Message is a new feature that allows you to attach a specific, static message to the bottom of every automated email sent to a specific drop ship vendor.
Communicating with third-party partners is essential for smooth fulfillment, but different vendors often have different requirements. Some might need specific billing codes referenced on every order, while others might need reminders about packaging guidelines or contact information for support.
Previously, these details might have been handled via manual emails or phone calls. Now, you can define a custom message within the drop ship vendor’s setup, and Propago will automatically append that text to the bottom of the system-generated order emails sent to that partner.

How It Works
To add a custom message to a Drop Ship Vendor’s email notifications:
- In the back end, go to System > Producing Partners.
- Click Add Drop Shipper to create a new partner, or click the name of an existing partner (with the Partner Type “Drop Shipper”) to edit them.
- Locate the Vendor Email Message field (found just above the Ship From section).
- Enter the message or instructions you want to appear on emails sent to this vendor.
- Click Save.
Once saved, the text you entered will automatically appear at the bottom of future order notification emails sent to this vendor.
