Two helpful columns have been added to the warehouse tools you use every day. The Desired Ship Date now appears in the Shipment Window grid, and Receipt Comments now appear in the Inventory Transaction search results. Both put information you used to have to dig for right where you are already working.
Benefits
- Prioritize shipments at a glance. See the date each shipment is wanted without opening the order, so your team can pack and ship the most time-sensitive work first.
- Understand inventory receipts faster. Read the comments entered at receiving directly in your search results, instead of opening each transaction to find out what happened.
- Spend less time clicking through records. Both columns show up in grids you already use, so there is nothing new to set up.
How It Works
Desired Ship Date in the Shipment Window
- In the back end, go to Warehouse > Warehouse Window.
- Scroll down to the Shipment Window.
- Find the new Desired Ship Date column in the grid, alongside the rest of your shipment information.
Receipt Comments in Inventory Transaction Search
- Go to Warehouse > Inventory Transactions.
- Click Search Inventory Trans and search for the transactions you want to review.
- Find the new Receipt Comments column in the search results to see the comments entered when the inventory was received.
